All disclosures are taken seriously and will be reviewed and where appropriate, investigated in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies. Reports are handled with strict confidentiality, and you are not required to disclose your identity unless you choose to do so.

MNRB SPEAK UP is intended for reporting concerns relating to, but not limited to the following:

• Bribery / Corruption 
• Fraud, mismanagement, insider trading or other dishonest or criminal acts
• Abuse of power or authority
• Breach of applicable laws, regulations or the Group’s internal policies and procedures
• Bullying, harassment, discrimination or victimization
• Conflict of Interest situations
• Misuse or theft of the Group’s assets or property
• Concealment, abetment or attempted cover-up of any of the above
• Any other unethical behaviour, misconduct or concerns that may expose the Group to reputational risk
